Extension project for a small villa in the Stockholm area.
The new building extends the social area of the existing structure and activates garden space that was previously unused. It acts as a contemporary element with new materiality and formalistic language, yet it relates to the original building in proportion and color.
The project has an approved building permit and awaits for further development.
