GRIP + TORARP founded in 2024 by Elias Grip and Johan Torarp, is an architecture studio based in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. We work on a broad range of projects for both private and commercial clients. Our ambition is always to create work that delivers high quality for its immediate users — and contributes positively to society as a whole.
Our architecture is grounded in the balance between the general and the specific. We believe in long-term sustainability through flexible, efficient building systems, while placing strong emphasis on site-specific design and local context. With a rational foundation and a bold character, we aim to create architecture that is beautiful, sustainable, and functional.
